About The Author
A life of conflict, craft
and quiet conviction.
Kenneth Turner was born in Sheffield, England, and later emigrated to Canada after the miners' strike heavily impacted life and business opportunities back home.
After years of hard work, he opened a successful auto collision business on the North Shore of Vancouver, and became deeply involved in local theatre and stand-up comedy — well known for his performances at Deep Cove Stage.
Inspired by real-world experiences, travel, history, and human conflict, Turner eventually pursued writing full-time in British Columbia's Lake Country. His stories blend humour, emotion, danger, history, and adventure — drawn from the sectarian conflict in Northern Ireland and the mystery surrounding the lost Aztec treasure.
His goal as a writer is simple: to share knowledge, imagination, and unforgettable journeys with readers around the world.

The Irish Actor
Most people know Cathel Crumley only by his stage name, Brendan Flynn — adored the world over for his commendable performances in a catalogue of movies, and just as well known for his string of high-profile relationships with many of the industry's leading ladies. But only a select few know that Cathel's most heartfelt loyalties have always been to Northern Ireland, and its freedom from English oppression. Ever keen to do his part for the cause, Cathel agrees to operate as an unofficial courier for the I.R.A. — but his loyalty is soon taken to the limit when he discovers they have far bigger, darker plans for him.

In 1519, after witnessing the brutal destruction of their civilization by Spanish Conquistadors, the Aztecs disappeared with unimaginable riches into the unknown. Centuries later, an ex-military Englishman is drawn into a dangerous expedition through the jungles of Mexico in search of the lost Aztec treasure — a fortune worth over a billion dollars. As cartel overlords, corruption, violence, and mystery close in around him, the journey becomes far more dangerous than anyone imagined.
